I like to add pumpkin spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice & ginger. I also add a handful each of dried cranberries and walnuts. I cut into equal triangles from a round. When completely cooled, I drizzle with a simple vanilla glaze.
These yummy scones are made with fresh basil, feta cheese, sun-dried tomato, oil-cured black olives, whole wheat flour and olive oil. They are delicious on their own, you can always serve them along with your meal.

These scones were so easy to make, and they can be kept in a well-sealed bag or container in the freezer for up to at least one month. Not only good for breakfast, but also an easy snack. Just pop one or two in the microwave, and spread with some butter, or apple butter, or any jam. Delicious.
