Hearty and zesty, this is my favorite pasta to make. It's a little bit of work, but comes out as stunning visually as it tastes. Definitely worth the effort. Enjoy!!!

Quite good and pretty spicy. I left out the mushrooms and cooked in a Dutch oven rather than the crockpot. I simmered it, covered, for about 1 hour 30 minutes. Would make this again. Thanks for sharing.

Mom's Potato-Mushroom Soup recipe

This is a fantastic recipe my mom taught me when I was 9 or 10, because it's so easy to make, and makes plenty to feed everyone.

This mushroom and leek pizza may be a little bit different from the normal pizza, but they are delicous. Mushrooms are cooked with leeks, just perfect.

This is the best turkey burgers I have ever tasted, absolutley delicious.

This creamy and earthy rich mushroom soup gets it's earthiness from shitake mushrooms and rich creaminess from cashews instead of cream for a healthier result than a cream based bisque. It sacrifices the fat to deliver flavor.

For the vegetarians....but also a great alternative for normal meat patties
