Millet is such a healthy and versatile grain that has been widely popular in some of the Asian countries over centuries. I made this millet casserole in the skillet, and didn't bother to put the mixture into a cake pan, or cut into squares. I just directly put it on the plate after it's cooked in the pan, and it tasted amazingly delicious. You can always use vegetable broth instead of water to make it even more flavorful, which I will do next time. A tasty combination with great texture, you won't be disappointed.
