This is a recipe I made for a food styling course from a cookbook. The assignment was to duplicate the look and feel of a recipe from a magazine or cookbook. This is a modified recipe that came from the book Healthy Appetite by Gordon Ramsay.
This dish is so worth every single second, because it came out absolutely delicious. The combination of all the ingredients was just terrific, and I didn't change a thing, followed recipe exactly. If you are big on Mexican food, this recipe shouldn't be passed for sure.
I seasoned the fish with a bit salt and black pepper, cooked the asparagus in a hot skillet with a bit olive oil and freshly minced garlic, then seasoned with salt and black pepper, baked for 10 minutes, and it came out absolutely delicious and super light!
Had some fresh bell peppers, mushrooms, pizza sauce, scallions, and whole wheat tortilla, made up this Mexican Pizza for breakfast. Instead of mozzarella or Mexican cheese, I used Swiss cheese. The pizza came out super tasty and quite filling, and I also topped a pan-fried egg. Yum!
Made this recipe with some leftover turkey meat, and it worked well. Quite easy to put together, and it came out delicious. This is the kind of dish to make when you don't feel like cooking up a storm, and everyone at the dinner table will still be happily fed.
Only a few minutes, asparagus came out tender but still crispy, nicely browned mushrooms were great with asparagus, also before I took it out of the pan, I drizzled 1 or 2 tablespoons white wine to get all the brown bits at the bottom. Absolutely delicious, and will definitely make this recipe again.
This is wonderful!! Fabulous aroma and wonderful rich flavor.
It is so simple and delicious! I followed the recipe exactly and it came out perfect!
A delicious combination, I used the water instead of the chicken broth, and still came out very tasty!
Traditionally, poached apples stuffed with prunes (see recipe) are served with the Christmas goose. Red cabbage and carmelized potatoes (see recipes) complete the Christmas menu in Denmark.
I made homemade french bread and it all came out wonderful. The sundried tomatoes were wonderful in this. Everyone loved it!
Put down the barbecue lighter and try this succulent dish that is too good to believe it came from a crockpot!
Caramel snappers made with toasted pecan halves, melted vanilla caramels, and a semi-sweet chocolate top. A three-ingredient candy that looks like it came from a gourmet chocolate shop.
If you have to be addicted to snacks, this is a great one! I was introduced to these while "stranded" in an airport with a woman who came prepared! They're great to munch on anytime, but are really excellent with wine!! Try them!
It was indeed very easy to make. I added about 1/2 cup chopped walnuts to the topping, and the cake came out quite delicious.
Definitely a lazy way to make a crab stew, but I was surprised by how great it came out, and it was so quick and easy too.
