This easy to make one-skillet dish is an ideal busy weekday dinner. Whole wheat spaghetti, lots of vegetables and toasted almonds lend the dish lots of nutrients, and it tastes simply delicious.
Completely different recipe than Jamaican or Spanish ones. I used few known methods to make beans easier to digest. They all work very well not to make music.
Serve with sour cream, chopped green onions, grated sharp Cheddar and crushed red pepper flakes alongside.
