Tzatzika
Quick, easy and tasty tzatzika, make it at home, and you will love how refreshing it turns out!
Ingredients

yogurt, plain
low-fat |

Directions
Wash cucumber and partially peel (leave about ⅓ peel for color) then grate.
Drain cucumber and onion in strainer and press.
Add remaining ingredients and season.
Chill well.
Serve with Greek olives and pita triangles.

almost 11 years agoPut the sour cream and yogurt in cheesecloth to strain moisture. Otherwise tzatzika will be too runny.
