Quick, easy and tasty tzatzika, make it at home, and you will love how refreshing it turns out!

Ingredients

1 each cucumbers
2 tablespoons onions
grated
1 clove garlic
minced
½ cup sour cream
½ cup yogurt, plain
low-fat
1 x salt

1 x white pepper

Directions

Wash cucumber and partially peel (leave about ⅓ peel for color) then grate.

Drain cucumber and onion in strainer and press.

Add remaining ingredients and season.

Chill well.

Serve with Greek olives and pita triangles.

Thanks for your comment, it's definitely a typo. It should be 1 clove of minced garlic, enjoy this quick, easy and tasty tzatzika!

Put the sour cream and yogurt in cheesecloth to strain moisture. Otherwise tzatzika will be too runny.
