Directions

In a small bowl, add the drained tuna and flake with a fork.

Add the diced celery, lemon juice, and mayonnaise, stirring well to fully combine.

To serve, place one lettuce leaf on a slice of bread (optional if your kids will tolerate the lettuce).

Top with ¼ of the tuna mixture and another slice of bread.

Repeat to make the other sandwiches.

Cut off the crusts if your kids are anti-crust.

Cut on the diagonal or into triangles or another interesting shape that might pique a child's interest. Ask your child how they want it cut, offering several possibilities, and let them choose.

Serve immediately.

Best sandwich EVER! You can use celery or parsley flakes instead of celery. If you want it spicy, dump as much as you want of red pepper flakes.
