Strawberry Souffle with Fresh Strawberries

Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Coat 6-cup souffle dish with cooking spray or grease with butter.
Coarsely purée half of berries, 3 tablespoons sugar and cornstarch in processor.
Transfer to small saucepan.
Stir over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, 2 to 4 minutes. Whisk in orange zest.
Let cool completely.
Slice remaining strawberries. Transfer to medium bowl.
Toss in 2 tablespoons sugar until mix well.
Beat egg whites in large bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
Gradually add 3 tablespoons sugar, beat until stiff but not dry.
Fold purée into whites in 3 additions.
Transfer to prepared dish.
Bake puffed and golden, 16 to 20 minutes.
Serve right away with fresh strawberries.
