Grilled peaches add some nice grilling, sweet and sour flavor, and the habanero pepper gives the spiciness. Serve it with any kind of main course, such as roasts, grilled meat or seafood. Or use it to make some Mexican food, will be also delicious!

Directions

Prepare grill to medium-high heat.

Lightly coat peaches and onion with cooking spray or brush with vegetable oil, such as olive oil, canola oil.

Arrange peaches and onion on grill rack coated with cooking spray, grill peaches 2 minutes on each side.

Let cool for a few minutes and coarsely chop peaches.

Grill onion 3 minutes on each side.

Let cool and coarsely chop onion.

Mix together peaches, onion, cilantro, and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl, and toss until well mixed.

Allow to stand for at least 15 minutes, or keep in the refrigerator until ready to use.
