Roasted Spiced Cauliflower with Tomatoes
Delicious! I wasn't sure about the flavor before I made this dish, I was so glad that I made it, and it came out so flavorful and tasty.
Ingredients

olive oil

garlic
minced, or to taste |

cumin seeds

Directions
Preheat oven to 450 F degree.
Add cauliflower florets and plum tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, cumin seeds, turmeric, cayenne, salt, and pepper in a large bowl, and toss until evenly coated.
Spread cauliflower florets evenly on a baking sheet.
Roast about 25 to 28 minutes.
Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
Serve warm.
