1 head red cabbage
1 onion chopped red or white

cranberries

1 onion chopped red or white

Directions
Chop red cabbage into small pieces. Pour olive oil to coat bottom of pan. Place cabbage, chopped onions, and cranberries. Drizzle with more olive oil to cover and stir. In other frying pan cook bacon until crispy, when done chop into small pieces. Add them to cabbage mixture. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder for more flavor. Fry all for 5 to 10 minutes until onions and cabbage are soft. Great side dish with any meat. Enjoy!
