Ingredients

1 each flour tortillas
soft, 7 inches

½ teaspoon prepared mustard
dijon
cup cheddar cheese
old, grated
1 tablespoon onions
green, sliced
1 x coriander
or parsley, fresh

Directions

Spread tortilla with mustard. Sprinkle with cheddar, green onions and coriander or parsley. Roll snugly. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave for 20 to 25 seconds. Or wrap in foil and bake at 350℉ (180℃) for 12 minutes. Slice into 1 inch pieces and serve warm with salsa. Each tortilla makes 6 pieces.
