Directions

Thaw frozen oysters. Drain oysters, reserving liquor. Add oyster liquor and water to soup mix and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, stirring occasionally. Add oysters and heat 3 to 5 minutes longer or until edges of oysters begin to curl.

Sprinkle with parsley. Serves 6.
