Ingredients

½ cup brown sugar
packed

¼ cup sugar
cup baby food prunes
paste

1 each eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon baking powder

¼ teaspoon salt
1 ½ cups oats, quick cooking
¾ cup raisins, seedless

Directions

In a large bowl, beat together sugars, egg and vanilla.

In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder and salt; stir into Lighter Bake mixture.

Stir in oats and raisins. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets coated with vegetable cooking spray.

Bake 8 to 9 minutes at 375℉ (190℃). Cool on racks.
