The smoked oyster tomatoes are the savory standout. A cherry tomato quartered but left intact opens up like a little flower, ready to cradle a briny, smoky oyster in the center.
Lemon apples lean sweet-tart. Unpeeled apple wedges soak in thawed lemonade concentrate, which both flavors them and, thanks to the citrus, keeps the cut fruit from browning.
Sugared strawberries could not be simpler: whole strawberries with their caps left on, served with a bowl of confectioners sugar for dipping, so guests do the work themselves.

Oyster and Tomato: Fill cherry tomatoes with smoked oysters. Cut cherries into quarters but don’t separate sections. Stuff center with smoked oyster.
Lemon Apples: Cut unpeeled apples into wedges. Slice away core. Marinate in thawed frozen lemonade concentrate for several hours.
Sugared Strawberries: Wash whole strawberries, with caps left on. Serve with a bowl of confectioners sugar for dipping or frozen orange juice concentrate.
Edam Balls: Slice off top of an Edam cheese. Scoop out balls of cheese with melon ball cutter. Refill Edam cheese shell with cheese balls. Toothpicks for serving.
