Artichoke Spinach Dip
I got this recipe from a friend I used to work with. It is so good!
Ingredients
9 | ounces |
spinach
frozen, 1 bag |

1 | can |
artichoke hearts
drained and chopped. |

alfredo sauce

½ | cup |
mayonnaise
(or i have used yogurt, plain and just as good) |

1 | cup |
swiss cheese
shredded |

salt and black pepper
to taste |

1 | slice |
bread
cut up into dipping sized pieces (you want about 30- 40) or a bag of tortilla chips |
Directions
Get out the slow cooker and set it to LOW
Take all the ingredients, minus the bread or tortilla chips and mix them together.
Cover and cook for 2 to 4 hours.
Serve with chips or bread.
