Quick & Easy Cucumber Raita
thinly slice into half moon shape
or 2 1/2 cups regular plain yogurt and drain in a cheese cloth over a bowl for about 1 hour or overnight
Add the sliced half-moon shape cucumber into a bowl, sprinkle the salt over, and toss until well combined.
Set aside for about 10 minutes.
Rinse the cucumber and drain well.
Mix together cucumber and yogurt in a medium bowl until well combined.
