Pot Roast with Mushrooms

 

Another tender and juicy pot roast that is cooked to perfection. Perfect for those Sunday dinners that bring families together!

Ingredients

3 pounds beef
pot roast
4 ounces mushrooms, canned
sliced, can, or 1 pk mushrooms, fresh, sliced
1 each onion soup mix
package

½ cup vegetable stock
or chicken or beef

Directions

Place roast in crockpot. Place mushrooms on top of meat. Mix beef broth with onion soup mix and pour over all. Cover and cook 10 to 12 hours on Low or 5 to 6 hours on High.

Optional: add any vegetables you may desire about ½ way through cooking time.
