1 pound ground pork
6 each scallions, spring or green onions
chopped
1 cup bread crumbs
2 large eggs
8 ounces pineapple
¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon water
¼ cup bread crumbs

Directions

Combine ingredients together.

Form into balls and fry.
