Pierogi Casserole

 

A simple and delicious dish made of potatoes and cheese that is bound to be a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients

4 each potatoes
¼ pound cheddar cheese
white american style
½ bx lasagna noodles

1 x butter

1 x milk
*
2 each onions
1 x butter
*

Directions

Cook potatoes. Mash and add white American cheese. Cook lasagna noodles and drain. Grease an oblong pan with butter. Add a little milk to prevent sticking. Fry onions in butter.

Layer noodles and potatoes. Top with onions. Bake at 350℉ (180℃) for 35 minutes.
