Low Cholesterol, Cholesterol-Free, Trans-fat Free, Good source of fiber
 

Ingredients

½ cup cocoa powder
2 cups sugar
1 package vanilla sugar

½ cup margarine
1 cup matzo meal
*
¼ teaspoon salt

Directions

Melt margarine, add cocoa stir until dissolved.

Cool.

Beat eggs until light, beat in sugars.

Beat in cocoa mixture.

Mix in matzo meal.

Put into greased 9x13 inch pan.

Bake 25 to 30 min. at 350℉ (180℃).
