This peach crips are so delicious that I finish the whole thing within a day. I was inspired by “Cookie + Kate” (one of my favourite food bloggers, see her original recipe below). CUP ML WHOLE-WHEAT FLOUR
or half flour and half wheat germ

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a 9-by-9 or similar capacity baking dish .

Mix together peaches, honey, cornstarch, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt. Gently toss until well combined.

Pour the peach mixture to the buttered baking pan, and gently spread evenly.

Mix together all the topping ingredients, and sprinkle over the fruit.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the topping is golden-brown, and the fruit is bubbling around the edges.

Let cool for about 30 minutes before serving.

Serve warm or at room temperature or chilled, with ice cream or plain yogurt of your choice.
