Without buns and cheese, this juicy and delicious paleo Australian hamburger will satisfy your craving without giving any empty calories.

Ingredients

4 ounces ground beef
seasoned with small amount very finely chopped rosemary herb
2 strips bacon
Fried slowly in a metal egg frying ring.
½ cup onions
HEAVILY fried, caramelized, (Almost Burned)!
1 slice beefsteak tomatoes

½ cup lettuce
shredded
1 slice pineapple
lightly fried, or raw
1 slice beets
pickled or roasted

1 large eggs
fried slowly in a metal egg frying ring.

Directions

Cook the hamburger in a hot skillet or grill.

Meanwhile prepare all the topping ingredients.

On a plate, place the pineapple slice, hamburger, caramelized onions, fried egg, beets, tomato slice and shredded lettuce.

Serve with your favorite BBQ sauce drizzled on top if needed.
