Ingredients

1 each sweet red bell peppers
julienned, diced with juice
1 each green bell peppers
julienned
1 ½ pound italian sausage
2 each onions
sliced, cut into 2 inch pieces
2 medium potatoes
diced
2 tablespoon basil
dried
1 x salt and black pepper
to taste

28 ounce tomatoes, canned

Directions

Combine all ingredients in large covered casserole and bake in a 350℉ (180℃) F oven for 1½ hours.

Do not add any water.
