or any crusty bread, torn into pieces, day-old is perfect *

TEASPOONS ML MIXED HERBS
as desired *

TABLESPOONS ML OLIVE OIL, EXTRA-VIRGIN

TABLESPOONS ML BUTTER

Directions

You can also use chicken breast or legs, boneless and skinless for this recipe.

Add the Parmesan cheese, bread and herbs to a food processor. Process until you achieve fine seasoned bread crumbs.

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, melted butter and mustard.

Rinse and dry the chicken pieces with paper toweling. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Dip the chicken first in the oil/butter/mustard mix and then into the seasoned bread crumbs. Press to coat and adhere the bread crumbs to the chicken.

Arrange the breaded chicken on the 4 inch rack of the NuWave or FlavorWave Oven.

Set oven to hi temperature and cook until golden, about 15 minutes.
