Ingredients

1 cup sugar
¼ cup margarine
2 whole eggs

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
3 each bananas
mashed

Directions

Cream margarine and sugar, add the beaten eggs then the flour, soda and salt mixture, lastly add the mashed bananas and mix well.

Pour into greased and floured loaf pan and bake 1 hour in 350℉ (180℃) oven.

Cool.
