Indian Style Lemon Rice (Nimakaya Pulihora)
Lemon Rice is one of the popular and simple dishes made during festivals in India.The Sour tangy taste makes this dish really mouth watering!!!!
Ingredients

mustard seeds

cumin seeds

|
3 | teaspoons |
peanuts
(ground nuts) |

black gram beans

cut into two halves |

Directions
Boil Rice separately and keep it aside.
Take a tablespoon of salt or required amount of salt in small cup.
Cut the lemon in to two half and extract the juice into the salt and keep aside.
Heat oil in small pan and once heated put the ingredients in an order.
Peanuts, Blackgram Bengalgram .
Keep the stove simmer and let it get golden.
Now add Mustard and cumin seeds and listen to popping sound of mustard.
Add green chilli, curry leaves, turmeric.
Meanwhile add lemon mixed with salt in the rice.
After mixing nicely add the pan ingredients and mix it equally.
