Directions
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add sugar, salt and flour. Mix well with spoon and spread in two greased 9x13 inch pans.
Let rise for one hour.
Spread about 1½ pints of your favorite pizza sauce on top.
Add 12 ounce shredded Mozzarella cheese and one pound cooked sausage or pepperoni.
Put pizza in oven preheated to 500 degrees F., reduce heat immediately to 400℉ (200℃)., and bake 35 minutes or until cheese is melted.
