Ingredients

8 each bananas
ripe
100 mililitres honey
honey

50 mililitres sambal ulek (ground chili peppers and salt)
indonesian

30 ml soy sauce, tamari
japanese style

Directions

  1. Mix honey, Sambal Olek and soy sauce.

  2. Marinate the bananas for 12 hours.

  3. Grill the bananas (brush with the marinade when grilling).
