Directions

Cut tomatoes into wedges and place in 1½ quart saucepan with all ingredients except yogurt.

Simmer uncovered 30 minutes.

Strain to remove tomato skins and seeds.

Adjust seasonings.

Garnish with spoonfuls of yogurt.
