Ingredients

2 medium tomatoes
diced
1 medium white onion
diced
8 each scallions, spring or green onions
finely chopped
12 Sprigs cilantro
finely chopped

3 each serrano chiles
minced

1 x salt
to taste

cup lime juice
1 medium avocados
diced

1 teaspoon oregano
crumbled
½ cup cilantro
chopped

Directions

Combine all ingredients.

If prepared ahead of time, combine all the ingredients except the avocado, which should be added just before serving.
