If you want something new, then try this delicious cake that uses lemon-lime soda to give it a unique flavor.

softened

CUPS ML SUGAR

LARGE LARGE EGGS

TABLESPOONS ML LEMON EXTRACT *

CUPS ML 7-UP *

Directions

Cream butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour, lemon extract, and 7UP; mix well.

Pour into greased angel food (or bundt) pan. Bake at 325℉ (160℃) F for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done. Let cool. Sprinkle with confectioner’s sugar.
