Easy Quiche Crust
An easy to prepare pie or quiche crust. Makes enough for on 9 inch pie shell or for several mini-quiche pans.
Ingredients
¼ | cup |
olive oil
|
|
2 | tablespoons |
milk
cold |
|
1 | cup |
all-purpose flour
|
|
¼ | teaspoon |
salt
|
|
1 | teaspoon |
baking powder
|
Directions
Add all ingredients into a food processor. Pulse until the dough comes together.
Gather together between waxed paper and roll out as needed. Let sit for 15 minutes to relax.
Place into a 9 inch pie pan or tart shells.
Prick and blind bake for 15 minutes at 400℉ (200℃). (Reduce time if using mini-quiche tart pans).
Fill with your favorite quiche filling and bake according to your recipe.
