Ingredients

1 ½ pounds ground beef
1 each eggs
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon parsley leaves
1 each garlic cloves
minced
1 each bread, dinner rolls
hard, softened in milk

1 x salt and black pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Shape into small balls about 2a inch in diameter and drop into simmering tomato sauce.

Cook slowly 20 to 25 minutes, stir carefully.

Variation: Meatballs may be browned in hot olive oil, then dropped into simmering sauce.

Variation: Place meatballs on an oiled broiler pan, turning carefully as they brown.
