Easy Breakfast Sourdough Pancakes recipe

2 cups active starter

2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 large eggs
large, well beaten
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 x bacon drippings

Directions

Mix well and cook on hot griddle.

Note: This is good recipe for camping.

Instead of fresh eggs, you can use 1 tablespoon Powdered egg.

Serve with butter and syrup.
