Ingredients

6 tablespoons butter
or margarine
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 small eggs
cup brown sugar

1 pinch cloves
ground

1 pinch cardamom seeds
*
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

Rub the butter into the flour.

Cream the egg with the sugar and add to the flour and butter mixture.

Add the spices and mix together gently. Cut into shapes and put on to a greased baking tray.

Bake at 350℉ (180℃). for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Cool and store in an airight container.

The biscuits cookies will keep for several weeks.
