Crockpot Mexican Style Short Ribs


Add some spice to your short ribs and let a tantalizing aroma from your crockpot roam your kitchen.

4 pounds beef, short ribs
¼ cup green bell peppers
10 ½ ounces beef stock
1 ¼ ounces taco seasoning mix


In a large skillet or crockpot with browning unit, brown short ribs; pour off excess fat. Mix beef consomme with dry taco mix; add green pepper. In crockpot pour sauce over the ribs. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

Makes 5 to 6 servings.
