Directions
Place steaks in oiled baking dish .
Cook onion and mushrooms 3 minutes in water; add butter, stir in flour and mix.
Add milk; heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Season and pour over cod.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in moderate 350℉ (180℃) F oven 30 to 35 minutes or until fish is tender.
