There’s a million zucchini bread recipes....but I love chocolate so my recipe had to have it in it...and NO NUTS PLEASE!

you can substitute white chocolate chips *

Directions

Beat eggs until fluffy.

Add oil, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla.

Stir in zucchini.

Sift dry ingredients together, then add to egg mixture.

Mix well, add chocolate chips. (this recipe yields two loaves).

Bake at 350℉ (180℃) for 1 hour.
