Ingredients

1 ½ cups vegetable juice cocktail
1 cup yogurt, plain
1 teaspoon basil

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Directions

In a blender container, combine vegetable juice cocktail, yogurt, 4 tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper.

Cover and blend at medium speed until smooth.

Cover and refrigerate several hours to blend flavours
