Ingredients

½ stick margarine

¼ cup onions
¼ cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
½ stick margarine

1 small sharp cheddar cheese spread
jar

2 cups mashed potatoes
1 x salt and black pepper
to taste

Directions

Simmer ½ stick oleo and onion until done the way you want.

Sprinkle flour to thicken.

Add milk, ½ stick oleo, cheese, potatoes, salt and pepper.

Heat until cheese melts, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
