Directions
Add ingredients to a blender or vita-mix in the following order:
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 3/4 cup yogurt
- a teaspoon of sugar (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
- cup of chopped fruit (fresh or frozen)
- 1/3 cup of ice cubes
Blend starting slowly, then on high for about one minute (or use the smoothie setting if your Vita-mix or blender has a setting) until completely smooth.
Serve immediately.
