Directions
Sift dry ingredients together.
Mix together egg; milk and fat.
Add to dry ingredients and stir until thoroughly mixed.
Insert sticks into weiners.
Pour batter into tall glass for dipping.
Deep fry until golden brown at 375℉ (190℃).
