horseradish

water

vinegar

black pepper

Directions
Grate beets and horseradish.
Combine vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and water.
Bring to a boil. Pour over grated beets and horseradish.
Mix thoroughly.
Store in jar in refrigerator.
