A fluffy cream cheese filling made with sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla gets poured over a layer of sliced bananas and bright mandarin orange segments nestled into a graham cracker crust. Three hours in the fridge does the rest.
Garnish the top with more banana slices and mandarin segments right before serving for that wow-factor presentation.
Pro Tips
- Beat the cream cheese until truly fluffy before adding the condensed milk. Lumps at this stage mean lumps in the final pie
- Dip every banana slice in lemon juice and drain well. This prevents browning and adds a subtle tang
- Chill the full 3 hours. The filling needs time to set firm enough to slice cleanly
- Garnish just before serving so the fresh banana stays bright and the oranges look their best
