Ingredients

1each flour tortillas (6-inch) *
1tablespoon peanut butter creamy
2teaspoons raspberry jam *
1teaspoon coconut (otional), shredded*
½medium banana

Directions

Lay tortilla on flat surface; spread evenly with peanut butter and raspberry spread. Sprinkle with coconut, if desired.

Place banana on edge of tortilla; roll up to enclose. Wrap loosely in paper towel. Microwave on High 35 seconds.
