Baked 7 Beans and Barley



Low Fat, Fat-Free, Low in Saturated Fat, Low Cholesterol, Cholesterol-Free, Trans-fat Free


3 cups 7 bean and barley mix, dried
½ cup molasses
½ cup tomato purée (passata)
½ cup water
3 tablespoons honey
¼ cup onions
1 teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon turmeric
1 dash black pepper


Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Pour into a baking dish and bake in a preheated 350℉ (180℃).

oven for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
