Ingredients

1 x mayonnaise

1 x salsa
*
1 x arugula (roquette)
washed

2 slices bread, italian
wide

1 x cheddar cheese
grated or thinly sliced, white

1 x turkey bacon
crisp cooked
*
1 x avocados
sliced
*
1 x cilantro
chopped
*

Directions

All ingredients are to taste.

In a mixing bowl combine some mayonnaise with salsa and spread on toast.

Build up a layer of bacon, arugula, cheddar and top with avocado and cilantro.
