Ingredients

orange juice

Directions
Peel, core and slice the apple, and cook with the orange juice until soft.
Mash or purée, stir in the egg yolk and almonds, and bake at 350℉ (180℃) for 15 min or until set. Serve hot or cold.
To vary: Use other fruit in season.
