Ingredients

2 pounds ground chuck (ground beef)
1 teaspoon salt
¾ cup oatmeal
¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 x onions

½ cup ketchup
½ cup ketchup
1 tablespoon horseradish
¼ cup milk
3 tablespoons sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 tablespoon horseradish

Directions

Combine first 9 ingredients; shape into two 7 1/2x4 inchloaves.

Place on a lightly greased rack of a broiler pan; bake at 350℉ (180℃). for 40 min.

Combine ½ cup ketchup, 1 tablespoon horseradish andamp; remaining ingredients; spoon over meatloaf andamp; bake an additional 5 min.
